Divide EU 35-45 into receiving bands

The range covers eleven marked EU sizes. A useful order should not stop at the endpoints. Depending on the sales channel, the buyer can request exact counts or divide the range into bands and set a tolerance for each. Bands make receiving faster, but they must not be presented as a universal demand curve. They are an order-specific control.

Choose a counting method before choosing a bag

The stored options are 45, 65, 75, 80, 90 and 100 kg. These values describe gross packing choices, not pair quantities. Slipper weight varies with size, sole thickness and construction, so two equal-weight bags may contain different numbers of pairs. Decide whether the contract is controlled by pair count, weight plus sampling, or another written method.

For exact-size programs, counting pairs by marked size is clearer. For broad mixed-size programs, a documented sample may be practical, but the sample size and permitted variance must be agreed. The receiving team should use the same method, otherwise differences cannot be reconciled fairly.

Keep style allocation separate from the size curve

The product fields say assorted styles and list PU, rubber, EVA and plastic as outsole materials, while another stored field includes PVC and TPR. This points to a mixed construction. It does not show that every material or slipper form appears in each bag. A size-compliant bag could still contain the wrong style mix, so record style and size on separate lines.

Use sampling that can be repeated at receiving

A useful sample identifies the bag code, number of pairs opened, marked size, slipper form and condition result. Randomly selecting only the most visible pairs from the top of a bag can distort the result. Define how the sample is spread through the unit and how unresolved size labels or unmatched singles are recorded.

Photographs can support the record when they show the sampled groups and labels, but they do not replace counts. The goal is a repeatable check: another person should be able to open the bag, follow the same method and understand why the lot passed or failed.

Set grade controls after size and style identity

A Grade is stored without a numeric defect tolerance. First confirm that left and right slippers match in size, construction, sole height and general appearance. Then inspect attachment points, outsole wear, compression and interior surfaces. Cosmetic variation can be addressed after pair identity and structure pass.

The legacy specification describes the product as comfortable, cool and stylish. Those adjectives are not measurement results. Use visible, auditable acceptance points instead, especially when a particular construction or end use has extra requirements.

Put the approval data on one bag record

Write the purchase brief in six lines

1. State EU 35-45 and the required quantity or share by size band.
2. Name the allowed slipper forms and any maximum style concentration.
3. Define pair-matching and structural rejection points for A Grade.
4. Select one bag weight and the pair-count control method.
5. Specify sampling spread, permitted variance and treatment of unclear labels.
6. List the fields that must appear on the bag record.
